All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. All phbest games that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that results are statistically random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game outcomes or the size of a Player's bet. You may close your phbest account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the phbest platform is immediately revoked. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phbest platform, you agree to first contact phbest customer support to seek an informal resolution. phbest will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit phbest's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phbest reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phbest will notify registered Players via the platform or by email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phbest platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the phbest platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
